How do I receive the map?
You will receive an email with a unique access link and a short instruction guide. By clicking the link, the curated locations will automatically sync to your Google (Maps) account. Once synced, you can start exploring the map directly in your google maps account!
When do I receive the map?
You will typically receive your access email within 2 hours after purchase. In some cases, processing may take up to 24 hours. As soon as your access is ready, you will receive a separate email containing the link to your map!
Are the maps up to date?
Absolutely. We constantly update our maps to ensure all locations are still active and of the best quality. These updates sync automatically to your device.
I did not receive an email, what do I do?
First, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it’s not there, please contact us through our live chat function with your order number, and we’ll resend it to you manually
How long will I have access to the map?
Once purchased, you have lifetime
access! The map will stay in your Google Maps account as long as you want, including all future updates we make.
Can I add my own locations to the map?
The map itself is "Read-Only" to keep the original curation intact. However, you can tap any of our pins and save them to your own personal Google Maps lists to mix them with your own finds.
Do I need an internet connection to use the map?
To see detailed info, yes. However, you can use the "Offline Maps" feature in Google Maps to download the area in advance, allowing you to see the pins even without data.
What payment methods are there?
We accept all major payment methods, including iDeal, Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Because this is a digital product, we do not offer refunds once the access link has been sent. However, if you experience any issues or if the map isn't what you expected, please reach out via our live chat function. We’re happy to look into it and see how we can help!
Does it work on every device?
Yes! As long as you can access Google Maps, either via the app or an internet browser, our map will work perfectly. Simply log in to your Google account, and you’re ready to go!
