Travure started with two friends who love to travel. Before every trip we spent hours on research. Blogs, videos on social media, websites, books, and endless lists of tips.

Every source said something different, and they all stood on their own. There was no proof that a place was really worth it, because most tips came down to the opinion of one person. We left for our holiday with a full phone and still no clear view of what to do and see.

So we made the thing we were missing. One map with all the places worth visiting, in one clear overview. You open it in Google Maps, so you can use it right away on your phone.

Every place is picked with care. We work together with locals to find the spots they love, and we do our own research to check the quality. No long lists, only places that earn their spot.

After the first map came the second, and we kept growing. Travelers told us what they loved and what was missing, and we used that feedback to make every map better. New destinations keep getting added, and our community keeps growing.
